As you have probably noticed, the website has changed quite a lot. Branding is one of the new aspects that we wanted to take on with Venturer Camp 2010. We now have a logo and a defined brand.
We also want you to know about the camp before you get there. That is why we will be posting news related to all our centres here. At the moment you can only see 3 centres in the right sidebar, but we will be adding more and more in the next few days.
Please bear in mind that we are still working on site, so many features will not work for a few days. Everything should be working 100% in about a week.
However, we would love to know what you think about all this. The best way to have your say is by emailing vcamp@woodcraft.org.uk or just leaving a comment below. That simple.

Re the individual booking form, under ‘roles’, I would be grateful for clarification on the following points:
1) what is the difference between ‘central team’ and ‘programme team’
2) what is the difference between ‘Venturer leader’ and ‘Venturer group helper’
3) how does ticking one of the boxes in the ‘roles’ section of the booking form fit in with applying for jobs through the Awesome Job Centre???

If you are in the programme team you are running programme, if you are in the central team you are doing central organisation, site services etc. If you are in one of the other you will know.
Venturer Leader is the main contact, Venturer group helper maynot be the someone whi usally helps with the group but is helping with the camp.
It is so we know who is allocated to what. We will nearer the time cross reference to make sure that everyone had been allocated a job, but memebrs should apply for a job though the AJC if they want a job.
