Bookings Deadlines

Final Payment Deadline is the 1/7/2010 any bookings received after this date will incur an additional £10 charge totalling £115 fee.

Groups

Bookings should be completed though the district/local group. On-line Registration for groups is now closed, but you can register by contacting Lloyd Russell-Moyle (Administrator) on vcamp@woodcraft.org.uk or Phone 01274 724 429 / 07899 785 265.

Updateing group bookings can be done by completing the District booking form here, bookings should be emailed to: vcamp@woodcraft.org.uk. All cheques should be made to “Woodcraft Folk” Group Bookings Spreadsheets should be sent to vcamp@woodcraft.org.uk

Health and consent form for individuals can be down loaded from here: Individual bookings (in .pdf) ( in .doc) . Health and consent forms should be kept by the district. Only central team should send their forms to the address above.

Individuals

Bookings should be completed though the district/local group. If you don’t have a district or group or are helping at the event you may bookdirectly on-line as part of the central team, you must make cheques out to “Woodcraft Folk” for £105. You booking will not be confirmed before payment is received. Cheques should be sent to: Venturer Camp, Branches Housing Co-operative, 106 Preston Street, Bradford, BD7 1JP.
